Enough with the political jargon

I like to believe that I am a rather intelligent person. And, I’ll be honest in saying that I am now just beginning to get into politics.

I also believe that there are many others who are in a similar position.

So, as I sit back and listen to these debates I think it would be nice if the candidates would just talk to us in clear simple English. And, leave all this political jargon that, quite honestly, really doesn’t mean anything at all.

What in the hell is pork barrel spending?

I’m also finding out that earmarks are a good thing when you are talking about household budgets but a bad thing in politics.

And, all this talk about needing a “game changer” is really just nonsense.

If I was at the town hall meeting last night, my question to the candidates would have been, “Can either of you tell us in simple English what you plan to do as President?”

Isn’t that what we all want, regardless of our political views?

I have a question for each of you and would appreciate your honesty. How many of you truly understand what either candidate is truly saying?

The Wizard has spoken.
